Kali the Destroyer

I read this morning that a little girl carried a bomb onto her school bus yesterday where it detonated, causing the bus driver to lose control whereupon the bus careened off of the road, over a ledge and down into a lake. Between the effects of the bomb and the bus's sinking into the lake waters, all 43 occupants of the morning bus ride perished. And this on Veteran's Day!

I can imagine some of the questions racing through your head while you were reading this post. "Was the bomb an act of premeditated malice on the part of the girl? or her parents? Or did someone plant it on her? (It was in her backpack.) Was the incident planned specifically for November 11, Veteran's Day? Who is behind this heinous act? Why target children? Where did this happen?" etc., etc.
These would be typical responses for those of us caught playing the 21st Century American version of the Earth School Game. Some of you who might be of a more callous nature, or from a far different culture might have a completely different set of questions or judgments.
As a representative of God, of the Unified Field of Divine Cosmic Consciousness and Kali the Destroyer (and Creator), I would like to issue my congratulations for the act of provocation perpetrated upon the families and affected members of the community in which this event took place. The sacrifice made by the perpetrator (sacrifice of his/her life, rights, physical and emotional well-being, relationships, and so many other things) in order to offer up this extraordinary gift to the humans affected by this event is, at some levels, so amazing, so selfless, so beautiful. Just think of the years and number of extraordinary things these people--the "victims"--have a chance to learn about Life, Love, Beauty, Truth, and them Selves through this event. They can learn many dimensions of things like grieving, anger, revenge, coping, hatred, spite, bias, prejudice, longing, loss, forgiveness, empathy, unconditional love, belief systems, values, ethics, ontology and cosmology, spirituality, etc., etc., etc.
I have to remind myself all the time that so-called "negative" or "destructive" or "tragic" events are also windows of change, opportunities for learning, and doorways to new challenges. Every death or end is followed by birth and beginning. Every moment dies, revealing a new moment to follow. I have to remind myself that Kali the Destroyer is also Kali the Creator, Kali the God of Time, and Kali the God of Change. Out of all "evil" or "bad" one can find (if one is willing to look) for "good," for birth, for creation, for life. The choice, as always, lies with each and every one of us playing this Game--at each and every moment. We can let go of and allow the death of yesterday, the past, the old versions of ourselves. We can recognize and use the insidious, unstoppable passage of time and the chaotic creation of change, newness, with expanding expanding awareness, expanding acceptance, and expanding consciousness, or we can resist, try to fight change, try to remain "true" to "who we are" instead of remaining open to the flow of who we are becoming. There is no right or wrong. It's all a Game. A Game that we have voluntarily chosen to participate in. What we sometimes forget while playing The Game is that we are always, constantly, forever, in Choice. I would urge you to choose with intention, choose with your own will, choose freely, choose wisely, and be happy and forgiving of your choices for you will always have more to come.

Events like the school bus bombing above, real and/or imagined (does it matter which?), are brought to you on this blogsite in the effort to illustrate to you how every event is an opportunity for learning--to show you that there are many, many perspectives from which one can observe and, if one chooses, assign meaning and value to the things that happen in our world. This is yet another way of illustrating that everything--every single thing that draws our attention--is full of information from which we can learn more about our Selves. Random acts to provoke mind expansion.
